Debbie DeCapua
Debbie DeCapua was a competitive surfer in the 70s and 80s from Oceanside, California. In 1980 Debbie took third place in the Amateur World Surfing Contest in France. Debbie was a team rider for Ben Aipa and Donald Takayama.
